Tru-Skin Dermatology - Hallettsville Wendy Naranjo: Do not go to this dermatologist. They charge over and above and do not tell you about all of the charges. I ended up going to a dermatologist in Sugar Land Texas and they charged me half of what tru-skin wanted for the same procedure. There were no hidden costs from the dermatologist in Sugarland. The dermatologist in Sugarland was very kind and very professional. They explained everything clearly. No extra charges for follow up exams, no extra lab fees.
At tru-skin I felt like just a number and all they wanted was my money. It was rush rush hurry up and do the procedure and get out of the office service. Not very friendly and not very professional. After a few months of research, I decided to go elsewhere. It took me weeks to get my test results so I could go to a different dermatologist. I had to call the tru-skin cooperate office and finally got my test results.
It is now January 2025 and I just received another bill from my procedure in January 2024. I was not aware of this separate charge. Poor business practices. Do not go here.
