1 /5 Kristy Ayala: My mom came to this place regularly and last week during her appointment informed the nail tech about the discoloration on her nails and she said that nothing was wrong with her nails, and proceeded the service, today she experienced itchy and burnt on her toenail And toes, so she removed the nail polish and this was underneath. My mom is been a loyal client for the past half year, so please be careful where you get services, now she will have to pay a visit to a specialist tomorrow and possibly get a treatment.

Jessica Rodriguez: The employees were nice but the outcome of my nails was horrendous. I had glue all over my fingers and they charged me $5 extra dollars for coffin shape. I don’t mind paying but if you’re already charging me $25 for the nails (And their bad) why would you charge more for a shape. Also waited till the last minute to tell me it was extra. The paint job was not good. I needed up with bubbles and smears. My index finger nails is super crooked. The acrylic doesn’t even end at my nail bed it goes over to my skin and on the sides of my fingers. Payed $35 for a nail set that started breaking off and chipping after 2 days. Not acceptable. Yes you get what you payed for but I’ve payed less for nails that look 5x better than these. Never going here again. They just care about getting the customer in and out as fast as possible and getting payed.

Johanna Menendez: I was very hesitant to come in as it’s been years since I went to a nail salon as u usually do my own nails but I wanted to do dip powder on my nails. So I came two weeks ago and they did a really good job my nails did not come off and I saw so much growth in those two weeks that I needed to redo them. I came in yesterday and they literally removed the old dip and started fresh again he listened to me when I said I wanted to keep the length of my natural nails and I did not see any damage on my nails specially no “rings of fire” for the dip is $40 plus the tip which I think is really worth it.

Ms. Nae: Worst experience ever. This my second time going back in years, and I’m never ever going back again. I don’t think some of them know how to do certain nails, and also they are disrespectful, especially to BLACK RACE cause I’m BLACK and I felt the disrespect the whole time. This place has fair pricing -- I mean if they are good at something they might as well not do it for free haha. Among one of the greatest nail spas at a reasonable price, did a thing called a "manicure" and was explained on what stuff meant. If the phrase "on the relentless pursuit of perfection" was a nail spa, this place would be it. The technicians know what they are doing and work hard to deliver ever-better service. They are goin places.
