1 /5 Claudia Bautista: I don’t recommend Laura, I was very excited to book two appointments with her, especially because she was refer. I kept giving her dates and times to schedule she just kept telling me she couldn’t those days never gave me an availability so I can work around her. She would leave me on read for more than a day, I’ll have to resend the message to get another “I can’t that day”.Because this is all I was getting I message her back letting her know that I still haven’t gotten an availability to set an appointment and still wondering if she Is doing the appointments if not so I can look elsewhere. She message me back telling me she couldn’t do the two appointments together, she just assume & never ask I wanted the appointment together I never told her that. I told her they didn’t have to be together whatever she had I’ll just work with it but I need to know availability in order to work around it and better communication on all you need to be able to complete an appointment. She answer back with she has been busy at work & I probably won’t get a response. That she has kids and is human and gets tired too. I let her know her response was unprofessional and there was no need for an attitude, I let her know again all I needed was information to schedule an appointment instead of very vague answers. She didn’t address the attitude or the unprofessionalism all she said “more than welcome to find someone else”.
