1 /5 Mr. Review 100%: I came inside signed in about 5:49 PM on October 14, 2023. There was two employees cleaning area work after walking in front of me normally times neither one of them acknowledge my presence after 35 minutes. I walked out and I asked one of the employees, that was working of it was closed you look at at me and kept cleaning this area I believe I was discriminated because I entered with my work clothes, which was not dirty and for being Hispanic I’ve been here a couple of times and this is the first time I was treated poorly. I don’t expect nothing free. I don’t expect apology. I expect for you to trade more your employees to be more helpful to other customers, no matter the race.

1 /5 Cristina Terry: ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CHILD! The store manager (DORA) was rude, impatient, argumentative, and clearly irritated during haircut. Would assume the clippers were dull/hot as to my child saying it hurt. If you can’t work with children JUST DONT! Could not take accountability for her attitude and or apologize for it. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

1 /5 T Moore: I should not even give this Just A Cut location even ONE STAR. Sarah cut my sons hair (he is mixed so his hair is very curly) & she chopped his hair so bad on the top it looks terrible AND THEN gave him a crooked line around his face. They obviously take on tasks they don’t know how to do properly. She has TERRIBLE customer service & a very smart mouth toward customers. I pay $45 for two hair cuts and I have to fix one when I get home because she didn’t feel like working today I guess. The manager Dora was easier to deal with but she doesn’t have her employees under control either. And Dora herself cut my sons friends hair I took for a cut also and she cut him with the scissors he’s bleeding behind his ear. No wonder this just a cut location is DEAD WITH NO BUSINESS RIGHT NOW. I could get my nail tech to do a better hair cut for cheaper than it cost me over there. I’m upset because I tried to take my sons to get pampered and it ended up the worst experience EVER.

1 /5 Mike Grelle: Worst place ever to get a fade. I went for my first time and asked for a high and tight. Ended up getting a low and lopsided. Went back to get it fixed and now have a high and tight on one side and distinct line on the other. I’ll have to find another place to fix it. Never going back

5 /5 Cheryl Anne Wilson: Sara is fabulous. I was new in town. She made me feel comfortable. Found a great short hair style for our Kingsville summers. Really enjoying every monthly visit. Always a great hairstyle and a friendly smile.
