2 /5 Star building services SBS: I went to this place because all of the reviews and thought it was going to be a great experience. I did the deluxe pedicure and exfoliating manicure looking for a great job and relaxation. The pedicure was good and the lady was kind of serious but did the job ok and the cuticle cleaning was done good and the massage was great; however I can’t say the same for my manicure, they assigned a guy who did not had neither experience nor knowledge on how to do the manicure, he was asking all the time the other ladies what steps to do, what supplies to use, etc. I thought he would do a great massage but as he was lost he did not do it right, and then my nails!! He did not cleaned my cuticles as they should plus did not filed my nails properly and last but not least The nail polish was not applied good and left a lot of space between my cuticles and nail, and the top was that he left my hands sticky. So I don’t feel good paying for a better manicure if the person is not trained properly!!

I had previously come here to get a mani+pedi for a special event and had the manicure chip within half a day. Most recently I came here for just a manicure and had a tech file too roughly multiple times resulting in multiple cuts seen below. She continued filing the bleeding areas even after I asked to just skip over them. I also was not able to get the design that I wanted which is fine in the end, I just wished I had been told it wasn’t possible to do it at the start. Ended up with something very plain that I didn’t love. The services are not cheap and for the subpar experiences I have had, I would not recommend coming here

5 /5 Tina Michel: The service at this nail spa is always attentive. I have always gotten dip nails here, and whether it is a French Manicure or color, the manicure always lasts and looks great for 3 weeks. Highly recommended!
