4 /5 Daniel Villa, AIA: This is a nice little cabin, but the signage isn’t great and it would be better if there was a little more context. For instance, the cabin wasn’t originally at this location, and also doesn’t have much to do with the people talked about in the plaque and sign. If you liked this and want more of the same I recommend visiting Heritage Park- it has many relocated historical buildings, including log structures. The signage and context there are good.

SPARK! Dallas - Dallas

GoGo Travelhub: Here for a birthday with 8 year Olds... first impression...super cool space, artsy snd eclectic. Lots of room to play and let your senses go. Very organized and the party area had plenty of seats, tables, and you can bring in any food you want. We had pizza delivered and staff was great to help. The building Spark was located within was also artsy and cool. Highly recommended! The only thing difficult was the parking. Be careful of no parking areas.

Seyyed Ali Ayati: This place is so peaceful that believe it or not, I took a nap there. You can also take a walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery there.

The Grassy Knoll - Dallas

Sari: An interesting place—better for children than visiting the museum next door. On the street where JFK was assassinated, there is a white cross marking the exact spot. There are several memorial plaques and a tour with different viewpoints. Some people visit the site, and it has a quiet atmosphere. There are also individuals with stands explaining that the assassination was an execution planned by the government at the time, it was an inside job.

Teddy Bear Statues in Lakeside Park - Dallas

Alfred Sanchez: The was nice, a small lake, a bridge, a short and narrow concrete trail, and 3 or 4 teddy bears. It was quaint and beautiful, but it was a lot smaller than it was made out to be and was not worth the hour drive to see it. However, it is a very nice area, beautiful Lakeside Park, and gorgeous houses in the area. So, if you are in the area, please stop by, but you should not make it the only reason to be in the area.
