1 /5 Elizabeth Hernandez: If I could give a negative star rating I would. To start off I called and scheduled in advance a haircut & nail polishing for my 4 year old’s birthday pampering. Upon arrival, there already seemed to be a lack of communication between stylists & cashier. They were going back & forth who was on “the books” and who wasn’t. Finally got my daughter to her chair , the stylist finally came in & I instructed her we just wanted a trim. I asked if she’d be polishing my daughters nails as well. Confused, she asked the cashier if she had time to polish as well. I was then told I would have had to schedule that with the haircut not add it at the time of service. EXACTLY, I called in advance! Anywho, as she was finishing up the haircut, she was checking the length in the front, it was CLEARLY uneven. She tried parting her hair in a different way, still uneven, proceeded to tell me it was uneven cause she had a side part..once in a center part the unevenness was even more obvious. So what does she do? CHOP! There was a huge chunk of hair chopped off in the front, she then was about to start chopping the back to even it out. I immediately asked her to stop. I stated I was leaving to go get it fixed elsewhere. The manager went after me & offered to fix it. Against my better judgment I agreed. We left with it still uneven & chopped. To add to my disappointment there were customers & stylists having incredibly inappropriate x rated conversations. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Absolutely ridiculous!
