1 /5 Rylie Cheely: Worst shop ever!!!!! I will never take any vehicle here again. Disrespectful behavior, did not inform me of what they were doing or the cost. They pulled my thermostat and didn’t replace the o ring when they put it back so all the anti-freeze I paid for got poured out. It’s common decency to inform the customer of what your doing to their vehicle. I know any good mechanic would let the customer know it was leaking and ask if they could replace the o ring instead of letting them leave with it leaking. If you know it’s leaking and you inform me of it why not fix it??? Especially when the work they did caused the damage. On top of that he didn’t tell me to bring it back in until my mechanic father called complaining about how he overcharged and didn’t even do it right. I needed a drain and fill, now I’m having to pay way more money just because they were too lazy to put a $3 O ring on. It’s a simple job and they couldnt even do it right.

1 /5 Travis Cheely: Can even do a simple antifreeze change out.ruined my sisters truck took the thermostat off her truck to change it out. please do not trust this man hes a liar and a cheat.He charged her 300+ dollars to change her antifreeze.

1 /5 Bill Jones: Common courtesy doesn’t have to be a struggle for a company in which customer service is supposed to be your focus. Let someone else answer the phone that actually wants to help people. Rudeness is never necessary.

1 /5 Chad Champagne: They conducted work without providing me a verbal or written estimate like we had discussed, which is illegal in most states (but not Texas) and immoral in all of them. When I admonished the owner for using deceptive business practices, he became belligerent, profane, and aggressive. Spent twice as much for a diagnostic test as quotes I received from other vendors, and still did not get a complete picture of what was wrong with the vehicle. The price was not egregiously excessive, and I would have had no issue if they had just given me a heads up on the cost prior to doing the work. This was a pretty small job, but I would be reluctant to utilize this shop other than in an emergency situation, as it is difficult to trust the character of someone who would employ these types of unscrupulous tactics and then can’t control their temper when called out on it.

5 /5 CHASITI TACKEL: Needed new lifters on my Yukon. The service was performed in a timely manner and under estimate. Allen found a worn motor mount when test driving after the lifter replacements and asked if I wanted it repaired also. After I picked up my vehicle and got home I noticed that he repaired a dent that Ive had in my fender at no cost! Way to go above and beyond. Definitely recommend this shop!
