1 /5 Finny Samuel: I had an unsatisfactory experience at JADORE NAILS BAR. Julie The nail tech at the store did chrome nails for me last month with a gel coat. BUT within less than 24 hours the gel coat started to chip on multiple fingers + I barely do any hard core jobs with my hands. so I was surprised they started chippong. So I went back to Julie and asked her if she could remove the gel top coat, And to do a dipping top coat instead which never chips. Julie said she’ll credit me for the chrome which is $10 Because she removed the chrome of my fingers since I was unable to enjoy chrome nails for less than 24 hours. Even though I came back within 24 hours, The lady in the front register credited me $10 and i even took a picture of the note here shown- which she made on my account.
One month later today, when I went for a service, Julie was adamant. She will not credit me $10 but only the $5. This is not what you do to a customer who is promised the credit for the service they did not get to enjoy for even one day. I guess they’ll rather lose the customer than credit them for a service that was not rendered.!!! $5 is more important for the salon than making a customer happy!
