1 /5 Maria Garcia: Visited for the first time on Saturday and had a horrible experience, I got eyebrow mapping service and eyebrows and upper lip wax. I had outgrown my eyebrows for the sole purpose of reshaping and keeping my eyebrows thick (which I explained to the tech). Once the girl did the mapping I was happy because she explained that only the hair outside the white lines would be waxed, it was minimal waxing what she explained she would do (just cleanup). Well when she started waxing I could tell that the wax was not hot enough and the wax kept sticking to my skin, she had to go over with the cloth strip to remove the residue. She also did not apply pressure after waxing which made the whole service uncomfortable, since she had to go over the area because the wax was too cold. After she showed me the results I was upset and let her know my eyebrows were thin, and one was visibly thinner than the other. I’m disappointed because I saw a lot of good reviews online, Unfortunately it’s a no for me.
