When I took my car, we drove it around and I was provided with explanations and possibilities of what could be wrong ( German car btw) Communication is 10/10, They send you videos of every problem and keep you in the loop regularly. Efficiency 10/10, no delays no time wasted. I got my car back on time. Very honest, indeed very humble and a cool dude overall. I highly recommend humble hands.

Cindy Spikes: The repair shop is horrible. That dont know how to follow simple written instructions. He hires mechanics from out side the business, so he cant be blamed for there work. They cut the wiring to the tach, so it no longer worked and said it came in that way. The tach worked just fine when we left the car.They put 6 quarts of oil in the engine, instead of 5 like the written instructions said. They are very piss poor mechanic, I use that term loosely. They have no idea about installing an engine in a car. I had to have the car towed to another shop so they could fix all the screw ups these idiots did.

martha perez: I’d give 0 stars if possible. For an installation of a hose, we were charged $650!! Crazy prices, he just tries taking your money. No official warranty/receipt. Not professional and rude, stated that we did not know about mechanics justifying his actions. AND to top it off, he claims “Cash only” and did not notify before service. Also did not give estimate beforehand of how much the service would be.
