3 /5 Omer Siten: Came to do inspection for two cars. Robert was nice! They inspected my first car fast, 10-15 minutes in and out, I was excited I have found a good place for my cars. I went and brought the second car, took me 20 minutes and when I got back they told me the inspector went to lunch and I need to wait, why Robert didn’t say anything when he knew I’m bringing the second car? After waiting 30 minutes I have asked if there is an update and since Robert left for the day, the other receptionist told me I need to wait another 30 minutes till the inspector is back from lunch. If you knew you will not have anyone to inspect my second car why not telling me? I’ve asked if they can communicate with the inspector to get a time frame and he said no. I already paid for both cars and just waiting for no reason. Think twice before you come here. BTW total wait time was 45 minutes since the owner decided to help and inspected my car. Inspection time was 10 minutes, maybe less. The snacks and soda was nice, thank you.

They do not take appts, but he did make recommendations on times & to call to make sure the inspector was in for the day. Very helpful. Check in was super fast! The comfort of the waiting area was the best! I was able to work while I waited, so very happy about the internet service for sure. They had sweets & beverages of all options, which was lovely. I was here for less than an hour, as I only had one person ahead of me for an inspection. Check out flowed smoothly as well. Very happy with my visit. And I got a kind note & treat after. Amazing service & kindness for sure.
