5 /5 Gary Jephcott: Brought my car in to have a tire with a slow leak fixed. Took about an hour to have it fixed. There were three customers ahead of me. I did not know that there was no charge to fix a flat. It was worth the wait. All the associates were friendly and courteous.

5 /5 Angelica Martinez: I found them online after I was running errands with my boss and our vehicle had a flat tire. Our portable air compressor was very weak and the air machine at Walmart was faulty and didn’t work but I looked online for a “tire service near me “ that possibly dispatched a technician who could fix us up to get back on the road and I called them and they had someone there in less than five minutes. The tech was very polite and helpful and we were able to finish up our errands and get home safely. I highly recommend these guys they really know what they’re doing!

4 /5 eva self: I had a horrible experience and wrote a review. The owner of the company not only went and did his research, but found me and apologized. He also refunded me my money. I was completely floored. It has been a long time since a owner of the business has shown how much customer service really means to them. I will definitely give this company another shot.

5 /5 kelby singleton: These guys are the BEST. Punctured my tire, 1 year old (bought Hercules tire out of town). Tried getting warrantee replacement tire in 7 different locations/tire shops near Lubbock that sold Hercules tires. These guys were the ONLY ones willing to call & fill out the warranty paperwork and got me a new tire (was going to cost me $270 at other locations). Took out my wallet to pay at least install fee when they finished and invoice said $0 owed. They spent an hour+ to make zero dollars off of me. Don’t waste your time anywhere else, I will be using these guys from here on out!!
