1 /5 Savannah Hill: i’ve been going here for years and this was the worst experience today. I asked her to do threading and tinting. I have naturally very blonde light eyebrows and this is what she did. I said make sure it is light brown not dark and not too thin. These are completely two different shapes. I’m mind blown that they still made me pay for this when it looks this bad. Very disappointed.

1 /5 Nazia Khan: This is my 1st time writing a review to Heena Salon in McKinney. I would never ever recommend this place. Manager and all the staff they never welcome you, you just enter the salon and have a sit by yourselves. Every time I go there they charge me different price. If I ask them why they charge me extra they will say prices changed. The prices changes every other week in her salon and they never change the towels on the bed before waxing the other customer. A lady she burned me while waxing, I said ouch the wax is hot she never apologized me. She just ignored me. They just talk to each other and never listen to the customer. Instead of focusing on her work they are busy in chit chatting and don’t do their job right. They left the patches of hair on my skin even after waxing. The manager never comes to the waxing room to check in their employees, whether they are doing their job properly or not. All that she cares about is MONEY. I’ve been going to Heena Salon for the past 9-10 months and the worst part about this salon is the employees pass personal comments about the customers they had in the past while waxing and kept saying inappropriate things like hair are big, thick and all. They really enjoy talking on someone’s back.. It’s your job, you choose to work in this industry. I used to go there because it’s was close to me. I don’t even wanna give 1 star, no Choice They treat you like that as if YOU OWE THEM SOMETHING!!

1 /5 Prarthna Karwa: Very unprofessional and rude people. Owner was not welcoming and Manju was also the same. She did a very poor job. They charged $20 for eyebrow and upper lips. Not recommended for people who are looking for good service. Update after response: You guys have started lying also. After 2 months of review you remember my hair on chin etc . That’s pathetic . I took only eyebrow and upper lip threading. See all your responses across the feedback/review, instead of taking the feedback gracefully you are demeaning everyone.

1 /5 Soto Micaela “Miky”: Im not the one having to underrate business if I dont like the services, food, or other. However, this time, it needs it. I have gone to my favorite place in Richardson for more than a decade to get my eye and upper lip threaded. Considering growing a family, I have been given a chance to a closer business that is not meeting my good taste in services. When I get to a place, I always see facial recognition or a great greeting when I arrive, and this place is not even closer to having. I have tried to give a chance to too many employees to be able to thread my eyebrows properly, and instead, I continue giving them a chance after growing my eyebrows for 3 months. Today, on a Friday, I have decided to get them threaded again, and for my lucky opportunity, I have been taken care of by what you call AN OWNER! A person who doesnt show professionalism when you open her business door, as of how many unhappy employees she has working threading peoples eyebrows. The owner decided to have a glance at her waiting area after took care of someone in a room for lashes and finally gave me a face to face look for the first time and asked to seat at her chair. I was told unprofessionally not to wear too many pencils since she couldnt see my eyebrow shape, my answer was, I have to do that since I have given your employees many chances to do the right thing, however, you have the potential to wipe it off. Not happy with my response. She continued, forcing the thread to my skin and left my eyebrows swollen and neither cleaned up after I had nicely and quietly grew to give them another chance. I asked her to do my upper lip threading, of course after her ego was put in placed, she had pinched me with the thread on my upper lip area and she had argued me that she doesnt pinched she threads. I have stood up from my chair, ready to pay her poor job and professionalism, and she has asked me to continue cause she wasnt done. I have asked her to please charge me, thinking she has a moral to apologize, and instead, she went and charged. I went to my car and for sure I was bleeding, came back inside the building and showed her that for sure she cut me. Nowadays, we live in a world that is getting replaced by lasers, robots, etc., because human beings are not understanding how to be compassionate to others specially when the frame of you, that is with what these individuals are playing with. I have a call to the local businesses to learn and teach your employees to retain your clients. They are the ones that put food on your table and the ones that are looking for a change on the way you run your business so we have the convenience on leaving our dollar in the city we live in, rather than going to the next door cities. Think about this and mentally see your own family being treated this way and for sure, hope it has a change in how others get treated. Definitely, this is not a place I will continue to visit since I have my options out there. Im not looking forward to your response as an owner either because it takes decades to grow the trust, respect, and hope I was looking for too many years coming to this place, keeping this quietly, praying for a different outcome. To all of those out there, I hope this place meets the standard you have for yourself in this matter.
