They got me in and out quickly, were extremely friendly and didn’t charge me even though they certainly could have. I would definitely recommend.

Despite being very busy they squeezed me in, they stayed in communication with me the whole time to ensure I knew what was happening and what the repairs would cost….. they go above and beyond. I feel so blessed to have found this shop and Cris the owner is awesome.

5 /5 Alescia Green: I was referred to Chris for my bmw and let me tell you I am so glad I was!! He is amazing! He is fast, extremely educated and most of all he is FAIR!!!!! So many shops will take you for every dollar not HDS automotive, so Chris has now earned a forever customer when I need to take my bmw or my infinity for anything even an oil change it will now be with hds automotive and I live in San Antonio so I’ll make the drive. Please if your in need of a good HONEST mechanic do not look any further!!! Also Lauretta the receptionist is a breath of fresh air! Very sweet girl!! And his other mechanic I believe Cody is his name (sorry if I’m wrong I’m bad with names) he is very nice as well!! All around 10/10 I would rate 100 stars if I could! And I was not asked to leave this review I wanted to and offered to do it bc I was so happy. Oh and his shop is so cool love the beetle aesthetic

tricky: Jim is an amazing professional and if you have any car trouble give him a call right now! He diagnosed our cars issues over the phone and purchased an alternator on his own dime. He showed up in a timely manner and immediately went to confirming his diagnosis. Along the way he allowed me to watch what he was doing. He even explained his diagnostic and repair process as I was watching. After he confirmed it was indeed the alternator, Jim quickly got it swapped out for the alternator he had shown up with and he didnt even charge us any markup on the part. My wife had luckily found Jim on Google and we gave him a call. As a result of this we saved money by not having to have the car towed to a garage, we received a fantastic timely repair for a great price, and I even learned a bunch thanks to Jim. In the future I will feel more confident in attempting my own diagnose and repairs as a result. If you have any kind of car trouble do yourself a favor and call Jim ASAP!

Juan Alexander Ojeda Vallejo: I had an excellent experience at Twins Automotive Shop. I took my car in for a brake and filter change, and the service was outstanding. The staff is very professional, attentive, and clearly experienced in what they do. What stood out to me the most was the location of the shop. It is surrounded by nature, which is quite unique for an auto repair place. While I waited, I was able to enjoy the outdoors, see farm animals, and walk among the plants. It is definitely a place where great service meets a peaceful and refreshing environment. Highly recommended.
