5 /5 Jeri Webb: Since moving to Garland 4 years ago I have been on the hunt for a decent hair person. I’ve had some that were not too bad but didn’t wow me. And some that were awful (don’t listen, burn your hair, burn your scalp). And some that weren’t consistently good (had to go back for a recut). I’m not an overly picky person.. I found this shop by accident and made an appointment. I needed to get a bad cut fixed. Long layers but looked like a two tiered cut, ugh. Le was confident she could fix it and she did a great job! She took off length from the bottom “tier”, blended and texturized the top tier. She dried and flat ironed it. Whatever spray she used during ironing kept my frizzy, curly hair straight for 2 days. After I washed and styled it myself I was so pleased with her work. She’s precise and fast. I hope she stays around for awhile because I will be back. Sending my husband there also. Ask for Le and get a great, affordable haircut.

Vivian Luevanos: I wanted to share my experience with Nhan, the hairstylist, from my visit in summer 2024. While Nhan is a kind and friendly person, I didnt quite get the results I was hoping for with my haircut. Specifically, I felt that the layers werent cut quite right, and I didnt receive the guidance I needed. Unfortunately, the bleaching process also didnt turn out as expected, and my hair was damaged. I appreciate Nhans efforts and want to support local businesses. However, due to my experience, I dont think Ill be returning for future services. I hope this feedback can help Nhan improve his skills and provide better results for his clients in the future.

Christen Hessler: Very rude staff. I went in today and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. No one acknowledged me or greeted me. Someone who had been waiting got up from their seat since it was their turn and I was finally able to sit down. I waited all of about 30 minutes before someone acknowledged me. When I told her I wanted a hair cut she offered to see if someone was available to give me a “quick cut”. I don’t want a quick cut, I want to be treated with normal (not rushed) services. Someone finally confirmed that they are by appointment only. If they see clients by appointment only they should have a sign at the check in counter or at least have acknowledged me when I came in the door instead of wasting my time. Will not be returning.

Needless to say, I now have a new hair stylist, that can cut my hair the way I like and is very affordable! Some barbers/cutters want to charge you $40 to cut your hair when it grows back in 2 weeks, not going to pay ANYONE over $30 to cut my hair. NOT DOING IT! I walked away HAPPY, lets just say that ... mitchelle nguyen: First and foremost Jamie is the greatest of all times when it comes to hair. I found her through google and we both instantly connected as we had a bad experience from a previous salon. The bad experiences in the past and with Jamie understanding my hairs needs led me towards trusting her through this process after being very picky and selective for two years before letting anyone touch my hair. I trusted her and her reviews/work. I’m so glad I sat in her chair she genuinely cares about hair health, not only just color and length. I’ll insert a before and after picture. I wanted lighter for upcoming spring non streaky highlights (very natural) with a money piece. Dead ends cut off with some minor layers to add volume and face framing. As you can see the before is definitely damaged and brassy from past hairstylist work and the after done by Jamie! She aims to work quickly and efficiently without damaging your hair and leaving it yellow, orange, and or red. 10/10 recommend!!
