1 /5 Ismael Martinez: Concepcion cut my hair. I asked her to fade the line after and she said I had too much hair and tried again. After the second attempt it was not all faded, I asked for it to be faded again and she said she couldnt, that I was so used to barber cuts and that she couldnt do those fades. The price was $25 for a bad haircut, she cant cut hair like a barber but sure can charge like one....
