1 /5 Sarah Berlanga: We didn’t have any repairs done, so I can’t speak to the quality of their mechanical work— but the poor rating is due to their complete lack of communication.
We dropped off our car on a Wednesday afternoon after being told it would be fixed within two days. After hearing nothing, we tried calling on Saturday— no answer. We waited a total of 4.5 days before finally getting through to them Monday morning. Extremely frustrating to receive zero updates unless we initiated contact.
When I finally spoke to someone, they said the repairs would be extremely expensive and that many of them “weren’t done there.” I asked to pick up the car, and they said that was fine. Only when I arrived did they mention— for the first time— that there was a $115 diagnostic fee. That would have been nice to know upfront.
To top it off, our car had been parked in a back near a wooded area, and now it’s full of ants. Clearly, it had been sitting out there for a while.
TLDR; They had our car for almost five days, didn’t repair anything, failed to communicate, and charged us $115. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
