1 /5 Sandy Hurtado: Keagan meant well and I will just state the facts. I walked in to my appointment at 1:46 pm she was still eating lunch. I waited for her to finish up while admiring her beautiful baby,
Then she proceeded to do my lash lift. The chair is a basic chair that bends back (other places that charge the same have massage chairs that bend back). She started my treatment then she had to get up to put her adorable baby for a nap. The baby kept crying and told me that I jinxed him and that she has never heard him cry this bad. (this made me feel horrible but I didnt say anything as she has full control of my eyes)
Then I told her my eyes were burning, she asked which one and I said both, she then proceeded to relieve my burning sensation but then she got a personal call and picked it up and had a personal conversation while my eyes were burning.
Keagan meant well but if we put it in black and white this is not how to treat a client. I expected minimum courtesy from a business, thats all.
If you took your baby to the Pediatrician and his eyes are burning and is crying and the Dr. takes a personal call right after you tell her your babys eyes are burning you wouldnt return or if you are at the table to get treated and she tells you to hold on as she has to put her baby up or you get there and expect for the Dr to see your baby and she is not ready and is still eating and doesnt stop when you walk in because she keeps eating.
Maybe this might be normal but its not running as a business.
All the best to you.
I understand any response will be tailored to somehow change the narrative so you can of course continue to get business, which I understand. Im just saying that no client would like this treatment. I would expect this if it was at somebodys house but this is a brick and mortar business establishment.
Much success to you.
