1 /5 Windy Billebault: I went in yesterday to get some layers put into my hair but keep my length and had a picture. Serena said she could do it and sat down for the cut. After 10 minutes she said ok your done. When I questioned her about the non visible layers she said it wasn’t possible because I wanted to keep my length. I left very disappointed and will never go back.

1 /5 Brittney Mccauley: If I could give 0 stars I would . I’m very disappointed and so upset I came in to get a trim and they messed my hair up bad. I’ll never go back and now have to look ridiculous until it grows out. I asked for a little trim to get the dead ends off nothing major and just a little framing. Why is my hair uneven as hell ! Like I’m really not understanding? this business just needs to go .

1 /5 Brandon Jones: Went in to get my haircut today. Not sure what the lady’s name was, but she has red/purple highlights and glasses, and she completely messed up my hair. I get a high fade, which is probably one of the most simple male haircuts to do. She managed to make it completely uneven in the back, didn’t fade in my hair on my right side, and even left a tuft of hair hidden behind my left ear. Definitely will never go to her again, especially when her coworker (also with reddish highlight) is there, since they both kept talking/joking and getting distracted while she cut my hair.
