My three girls were so excited about back to school haircuts and from the moment they sat in the chairs it was disaster! If you go stay clear from Robin, Dana and Brittney. The cuts were also about as crooked as could be.

What an amazing experience I had at Great Clips in Bonham, TX! Jennifer did an incredible job with my haircut—exactly what I wanted and more. They were professional, attentive, and took the time to ensure every detail was perfect. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and I left feeling refreshed and confident. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch service and great results!

2 /5 Jeremy Huffman: I had not been her in a while but I had a wedding to attend and it was convenient so I thought I would give them a try again. Let me start off with what I liked. Most importantly the haircut looked great and the lady gave me good instructions how to do the look I wanted. Now for the other side. While I understand that sometimes you need to be able to bring you kids to work it is not cool for them to interrupt their mother while she is styling my hair to run to the store. Also, I dont know if it is supposed to be included or not but for about the same price at Sports Clips I get a shampoo with the haircut. Now the worst part of all is the manager was giving employee reviews in front of me explaining how much better some employees are than others because they upsell more haircare products. I am not sure if I will be back. **Edited I reached out months ago to the email the asked me to send it to and they never reached back out. Terrible customer service :(

Ive washed my hair since she cut it and had no trouble styling it. Doris is a wonderful and kind woman as well as being an excellent hairdresser. I was early for my appointment so watched her finish with the client before me. Doris made sure her clients style was just right. Then she helped the woman (who used a walker) out to her car and helped her get into her car. Doris was so attentive to my requests. She was friendly and caring. I will always have my hair done by Doris whenever I come to La Grange!

Nobody ever answers the phone-you are directed to press a number to speak to a stylist but nobody answers these extensions either and the voicemails are full so you can not even leave a message! One girl gives out her cell number which is the ONLY way to leave a message anywhere. This poor girl probably gets a million messages since she is the only one with a number that will let you leave a message! Im sure it is a great salon if you have somehow managed to become a client and have your stylists cell number!
