1 /5 Arturo&Kassy: So today I went to do my hair I told her I wanted it balayage and she didn’t knew what that was I showed her a picture so she kind of told me she knew not sure if she did though anywho she bleached my hair left it to dry too long while she was yip yapping to other customers and well I thought it was fine till my hair started to fall off it started breaking in pieces my hair was long and now it’s short and by the root of my hair there is some pieces missing the worst thing was she knew my hair was falling she did not tell me I stayed calmed I wanted to scream and cry well because hair takes too long to grow and keeping it nice and healthy. She was too rough on my hair she did everything fast I don’t like my hair up to this point I will keep treating it at home with natural remedies. Yup I definitely don’t recommend this place ladies if you love your hair long and healthy don’t go to this place she will just ruined it!
