1 /5 Karli Bumbaugh: I decided to try this place out because of the good reviews, but I had a particularly bad experience. Came in last week for a trim. The lady gave me an uneven dry haircut. I had to ASK her to wash blowdry and straighten because my hair looked so uneven, plus that was advertised as the standard procedure for a $60 haircut. I think she just wanted to get home since I was the last appointment of the day. I kept telling her my hair was noticeably uneven, but she kept disagreeing. I paid (even tipped), and got out of there quickly. I had to go to another place the next day to get it fixed. That stylist was appalled at what a bad job she did and spent much more time and energy correcting the cut. Will not return. I didnt even see any credentials or certifications at this place. Would not recommend for haircut.
