They communicated everything clearly and even helped me save some money. So far, my vehicle’s been running great with zero issues. Overall, really happy with the experience.

5 /5 Jay Heitz: Was having issues with my sons 2007 ford f 150 overheating. The coolant was low so we added some but was still getting hot so I had the truck towed over and these folks jumped right on it doing all kinds of testing. They topped of the coolant and pressure tested the system on day 1 and and test drove it. No over heating. Kept over night to test the next morning and test drive.....no over heating. The advisor called and said they could not find any leaks and there was no over heating so we were good to go. I asked how much we owed and was shocked when he said nothing. We found nothing wrong other than the fact the coolant was extremely low. How many times is an auto shop done that in your experience. Honestly goes a long way in my book and they will have my business in the future.

Without a doubt the service staff was so nice to work with and I really appreciated Amanda, my service rep, sending me photos of problems with my car and the work that needed to be done. The line of communication was excellent, Ive never experienced this level of customer service in this industry. Ill definitely be back. Thank you so much.

5 /5 Siqi Yu: Dropped my Corolla off in the morning with lukewarm AC and picked it up the same afternoon blowing ice-cold, talk about fast! The front desk staff were genuinely friendly, explained everything in great detail even I don’t really understand (not really a car person).Detailed diagnostic report with photos so I knew exactly what was fixed. Their promo kept the bill under $70 (parts, labor, and recharge), and they gave me a free ride home while they worked on the car. Great price, clear communication, and awesome service! I’ll be back if I ever need help again.

The photos that were provided of the vehicle and any issues suggested to be addressed were quite helpful, too! (And it is a very nice feature that the photos are accessible within the service record and conveniently available online.) Ample parking. Very friendly and approachable front desk staff! Clean and comfortable lobby. (The AI landscapes presented on video screens in the lobby are an additional nice touch. :^) We had a feeling of confidence and appreciated the ‘straight-shooting’ by the Service Advisor(s). Felt as if they were honest and trustworthy, in our interactions with them. Our confidence that the servicing was completed and will be reliable is quite high. Great job, Gladney!
