1 /5 Jasmine Washington: I arrived to this place at 5:00pm wanting a full set. The lady asked what I wanted & I showed her my hand that had my missing nails. She replied to me “ uh we’re busy at the moment “. Meanwhile I was the only black African American in there and they weren’t even busy. This is sad for someone who’s not even frim here wanting service. My first and only time. I will never come back!!!

3 /5 Sam Turner: My daughter and I have been going here for years and have always loved it. I have to leave a negative review today because they charged me for a service I didnt receive. I asked for a manicure and a pedicure. I asked for both services listed as Heavenly. The pedicure I received was 100% the Heavenly service and I am satisfied with. The manicure, however, was not. What I received was a mix of the Classic and the Deluxe. If you take the Classic service and add a hand scrub and hot towel with a lotion massage of my forearms, thats what I got. Then, I was charged the extra $20. I didnt get my nails painted because I wanted them buffed so they would be shiny for a few weeks. They nail tech didnt buff my nails either. He hurried through my service so he could get to another lady waiting to get a pedicure. I am disappointed that the owner charged me for a service I didnt get. I hate having to find new service providers.
