Jajay Chavez: One of the best doctors my son and I ever had. He was also a great inspiration and example for my son to have as he tries to get his own med degree. Wish Obregon was still in our area but I guess he needed to be shared with other areas. I highly recommend him as a physician.
K Mallory: I recently visited BSW for a non-emergency health issue, and I must say that my experience was overwhelmingly positive. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly front desk staff who greeted me with warm smiles. The atmosphere of the office was calm and inviting.
I appreciated how thorough Dr. McCreary-Fielder was. She conducted a comprehensive assessment and provided clear explanations about my condition and treatment options. It was evident that she genuinely cared about my well-being. After our discussion, she ensured that I understood the next steps and even followed up with additional resources for managing my health.
brittany groat: Everything about our experience here was amazing! Daniel at the front desk was very helpful and personable. He made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr.Cha was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and quickly knew how to treat our issue. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough. They were even able to get us into the specialist on the same day! Thanks for the outstanding care and we will definitely be returning.
CHIEFATK: My wife was supposed to have a procedure at the S&W radiology clinic in Round Rock. The doctor wrote a prescription for the procedure prep that included a portion that was taken off of the market and not available. We didnt know that and the doctor was not aware of it. We tried to fill the prescription at S&W but it was not available. We also tried the pharmacies at Ft Hood, Walmart, Walgreen and CVS. All pharmacies said they couldnt fill the prescription except the CVS pharmacy. There was a problem at first but the prescription was filled and we paid $141.39. At no time did anyone explain any problem with the prescription except that it was not available. My wife reported to the radiology clinic in Round Rock, and checked in. When the attending personnel called for my wife to report for the start of her procedure she was denied because a part of the prescription was not completed. In my internet research, I discovered that the missing part of the prescription was Magnesium Citrate, a form of laxitive. The prescribing physician was Dr Shobossy and a conversation with him revealed that he was not aware of the Magnesium Citrate being removed from the market and not available. So, in my humble opinion, this problem was the direct result of Scott and White not us. My wife is 84 years old and disabled, we should not be required to ascertain wether or not a doctor writes a serviceable prescription.
We have requested reimbursement from the Scott and White billing department, numerous times, only to be met with a negative attitude and disallowance of any reimbursement. I have exchanged emails, notes on my wifes My Chart and several phone calls. Never a discussion with anyone in billing except that the reimbursement was not approved. The person who disapproved our request never attempted to personally contact us or discuss the problem. Again, we are requesting the reimbursement of the full $141.39. We have done what would be normally required of a patient, Scott and White did not and the billing department did everything possible to discourage any reimbursement or approval of our requests.
Charlie: Adopted my boy Ruxin (formerly known as Abraham) from this shelter. He’s been an awesome addition to the family and a great running buddy. Staff was helpful with introducing him to our other two dogs and allowing us to foster before we made an official decision to adopt. They’ve also been helpful with providing resources like trainers and follow up frequently to see how things are going. Lots of great dogs and cats that could use forever homes here!
Brianna Hope: My dad who is an African American man, 72 year old. This was his first time meeting his doctor, Lauren Isabell. When she walked into the room my dad being the gentleman he his, stood up to introduce himself and attempted to shake her hand - she walked right passed him and walk to her desk. Avoiding shaking my father’s hand. As the visit came to an end - again my dad being the gentleman he is opened the door for her to let he walk out first. She then again walked right past him and said “oh”.
If you’re indigenous decent - I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this doctor. It’s obvious she has some issues with people of color.
Carrie McNulty: My last dermatology visit was very uncomfortable. It took me 4 years to go back. This time, with ARC, was the opposite. A great experience and feeling relieved she caught and performed a biopsy on a lesion. Thank you for your care
Judy Brown: I wish to thank the members of Cornerstone Rehab Hospital’s Wound Team. The Wound Care Team is AMAZING! So professional and caring. They know their stuff! I was taken such good care of by them! I wouldn’t be here today if not for the expertise of this team! I wish to thank each and every one of them for the care and encouragement they gave me! I love you girls! Thank you very, very much!
Barry Townes: I wish I had gotten her name, but the young lady that checked me in was very nice, welcoming, professional, and patient. I told her thus when I left and it gave her a huge smile.
The image techs were exceptionally nice and accommodating. They fully explained everything they were doing and were going to do. I was made comfortable physically (warm blanket) and mentally. I was totally at ease. They were very friendly, yet professional. The male tech led me out to the lobby and made sure I found the coffee!!!
