1 /5 Joann Deweese: I grew up Baptist . Cliff Temple Baptist Dallas Tx. I approach the church there was several people by the door. There were two men having A discussion on either side of the door. Respectfully excuse myself, and walk through the threshold, never being welcomed. Once inside the chapter, I thought I was going to be welcomed for I have never been there before . It didn’t happen. I arrived 20 minutes before the service started no one at any point came and welcome me. I was taught at church that the most important part was to make people know how welcomed they are and how important they are to God in the church. I felt none of that.
