Carolyn Tice: Been going here for several years (even before they moved). One time I got a bad cuticle job and had abrasions around almost all of my cuticles. The trick is to find someone you like and there are plenty to choose from. I use a certain lady and she does a great job, is a good artist and can speak good English. Also, I schedule appts with her so there is no waiting. My husband also has a pedicurist that he really likes and he asks for her each time.
Dorathy Salo: By far the worst acrylic nails Ive had.Ive kept acrylic nails for almost 15 years. I just moved to Highlands and this place rated well but I will never be back and would recommend that everyone stear clear. 3 of my quicks are still sore from her hitting them repeatedly with the drill. The top coat is up and over the skin. One is already popping and this is only day 3. The guy who did my toes did well.
Crystal Castro: Got treated for my birthday. The nail tech was rushing through my whole nail experience. I had to go back because one of the nails had a gash in it and the manager had her repaint them all. But I had told them I wanted colored powder (acrylic) they insisted on shellac. After the redid them they did look some what better. The next day however they nail polish started chipping... one finger chipped bad. I couldnt got in that day because it was prom for my nephew and we were busy. There next day was my birthday... they were busy and couldnt really fit me in in my time frame.. so I got stuck with these nails for my birthday. They need to lower the prices for the techs they have.
My pedicure was PERFECT though. Ivy is THE BEST!

Lizbeth Cruz: Today I got the wash experience by Sara and I loved how detailed it was. The best part of the service was being able to completely disconnect. The scalp massage is like no other… I felt so relaxed and pampered! The atmosphere and energy at this location is truly unmatched. Highly recommend.
