1 /5 Lily: Got my nails done here and all the employees are very nice but my nails came out crooked. I had asked her to fix a couple that day but was kind of bothered that I kept having to ask so I just went with it. It was so bad even my husband noticed so I went back the next day to get them “fixed” and literally all they did was take a nail file and file it down a little bit they didn’t do anything to actually fix them and didn’t even bother to reapply any polish or clear coat. This is ridiculous, awful service and 10 out of 10 do not recommend them to anyone and I will not be back. Do not use Tina.

1 /5 Carolina Balti: Should of read the comments before coming here. Had shellac French manicure done and it only lasted a couple of days. Would not recommend this place. So so disappointed and the money you spend to get that done. UGH!

1 /5 Jennifer Mitchell: I really wish zero stars was an option. I went in 3 1/2 weeks ago for a full set. Told the lady that I wanted the powder color, she talked me into the shellac. Walked out super happy with how my nails looked. But I broke a nail 3 weeks ago. No biggie it happens so I went back Monday and paid for the repair and a color change. Less than 24 hours later the shellac was peeling. Go back Tuesday and have it redone. Lady also changed the shape of my nails which I didnt want. Not even 6 hours later the shellac is peeling again. Call and let them know Ill be back in on Thursday and I want the powder color. Get told ok come in and they will fix it. So I came back in today and first they only wanted to fix the color on the 4 nails that peeled. Why would I want to repeat this mess again?! I say no I want my nails completely redone I dont like the shape, rough edges or the shellac polish. The guy told me if I wanted anything other than a repeat of the shellac Id have to pay for it. Yeah NOPE! Ive already spent $70+ dollars, 3 trips into town and gotten my nails more and more messed up. Not getting a dime from me for their screw up. Dont waste your money or time at this place.

1 /5 Candace Martinez: I came in with my little daughter knowing exactly what I wanted. It was an argument all the way through with them wanting one thing and me another. I was frustrated and tired of repeating while they did what they wanted and dealing with sighs. My toes and fingers are different. I didn’t need the stress I have a dying husband and my daughter her daddy needed not the stress. I deal with thousands of people and been to a great many salons in multiple states. I really am far beyond greatly disappointed and after all that the higher cost cause they kept messing up and not communicating well when I told them what I wanted and the color that they must have run out or something. Why have examples of nails and colors if you’re not gonna follow. I will tell others just drive to new Brunfels it’s worth the time and gas. One set of flowers is in the middle the others on the side I’m just frustrated wanted out of their.

3 /5 Erica Kraft: Got acrylic nails and they look super nice and have held up well, staff was accommodating and the shop was clean. My only issue was that I paid $55 for a manicure and they didnt do any cuticle or nail prep, or do lotion or anything like other places Ive gone have done in a similar price range.
