1 /5 hali Krista: I have nothing personally against Lanna. I went to see her for the first time with my mom. We were both doing a cut and color. I asked for a lighter natural looking red color, and my mom asked for chocolate brown. Instead she walked out with caramel, and my hair was a dark medium red(ish). In addition to that, the service felt very unpracticed. Despite Lanna stating she has 8 years of experience, during the color application she was not careful with the dye, going too far past my hairline and getting dye on my cheek. When she washed my hair she barely touched the back of my head and paid little attention to the staining on my hairline and cheek. Later in the day I was pulling globs of hair dye out of my hair, from behind my ear, and inside the helix of my ear. After her drying my hair, it looked frizzy, but I figured it may just be the shampoo she used. After two washes now, I see that I have very dry and frizzy hair, which is not at all what I expect when getting professional service. I requested a refund 3 days after the service, because I was trying to (1) let the color grow on me and not be a Karen about it, and (2) see if a couple of at-home keratin treatments would help, but they didnt. My refund request was denied in full. Buyer beware.
