Dee Dee: My first and LAST time visiting this nail salon. The lady who did my toe nails did a sloppy job. I could’ve just painted them myself. My pedicure was not relaxing at all. She rushed through the entire thing and just basically threw the polish on. Very upsetting.

Twyla D: Do not go here on Saturday mornings. They rarely open on time. Then when they finally open there is only one or two employees there to service the line of customers that have been waiting. Other employees straggle in about 30 to 40 minutes later. They then rush on your service with an attitude because they are now late and back up with customers. This causes them to compromise the quality of your service. My French nails were terribly done . The employee used a pink powder to fill the acrylic but painted completely over the white tip with the powder causing the ending result to look like my French white tip was old or stained with a pink residue. The nails completely lifted within a week . I tried this nail salon months back prior to this visit and my full set popped off like press one about 8 days after getting them done.

Georgina De La Garza: I called to see if she wa open since the previous time She was open but she told me she had shut down for the day. I walked in no other customers so she was able to tend to me immediately. I have very detailed nails and I just wanted them to be filed down in a coffin shape and polished. She opened conversation with..” I don’t do that type of work” I did not ask for what I already had because there is not a place in Beaumont Tx that does sculpted nails for staters. She seemed to warm up to me towards the end but I will say she tried her best to accommodate to me except for the fact that the shellac dropped and she didn’t clean it so my left hand had little balls of polish on the very tip which today Sunday peeled off. Nice lady depending on what u like but the work was okay.

Skylar Montgomery: If I could put 0 stars on here, I would. I’ve never had a bad experience anywhere, until now. Paid $178 and after a couple days they were popping off and ended up taking them all off bc I wasn’t going to a wedding with four nails missing. I called to see if they can do them again and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me. Not to mention they are ENTIRELY way too rude for absolutely no reason.
