They diagnosed the problem quickly; the owner communicated with us directly and charged a fair price. Sam, the owner, even gave my husband a ride home while the car was being worked on! I took my fiancées car in and Sam called and said the rear pads and rotors needed replaced so as anyone would do, "yeah sure let me see what youre talking about and well decide from there." Nope, they actually needed replaced. Sam doesnt up sale you, but prices fair and gets you out quick. My fiancées family and mine both bring all our cars for Sam to work on. They do a great job!

Jimmy helped us through the sales transaction with great customer service, was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He was great at following up quickly with answers to any questions, respectful of our time, and completed the transaction with explanations throughout the entire process. We also met his mom and dad as they are a family run, small business. They are all lovely people and do care about their customers, which fits their business name. 5 /5 Juliana W: When we first moved to Spicewood I was lucky to have found Elite, they were able to rethread the drain on my oil pan that was stripped by one of those quick oil places. This avoided having to replace the whole thing. Now we use them for everything. Oil changes, maintenance, as well Inspections on our cars and motorcycle. Family owned and friendly.
