5 /5 Savitha Venkatesh: I would like to take the time to review the stylist and the salon space. My stylist: I followed my stylist, Peyton, from a previous salon to this salon and Im so glad I did! Peyton is such a kind and sweet person and not to mention she mostly specializes in blonding services which is what I had gotten done initially. (Ive included pictures of the blonde did on me previously.) She also does extensions, but she was so kind in taking the time and energy to experiment with doing a vivid color on my hair today. I love the idea of changing hair color, and instead of dropping me as a client or referring me out to another stylist she went out of her comfort zone and was so patient with me and did a maroon balayage on my naturally black hair with the previous blonde on it. Not to mention, shes very good about communicating information regarding hair care, hair health. I dont feel like she ever pushes product on people and she always seems to cater to peoples routines and needs and is good with making suggestions based off of that. Shes so much fun to be around and she is sooooo talented. I believe this was her first time doing a vivid on someones hair and I have no idea how much time or energy she took in learning or understanding how to do the process but she hit out of the park!!!! For as long as Im in dallas, I never plan on going to any other stylist, because of how comfortable she makes me feel and shes very good about doing a thorough consultation, educating her clients, and giving them realistic expectations of what the end result will look like. In all the times, that Ive gone to her for blowout services and color services, shes always prioritized my hair health! (I am in no means a good photographer and the pictures just dont do justice to how amazing my hair looks and feels.) Salon space: the salon is very spacious and there is plenty of room to sit and wait for your stylist. It doesnt feel cramped or cozy regardless of how many stylists and clients are in the space and I love how there are zones in the space for shampoo bowls, heat lamps, a lobby section, and the individual salon booths. All the stylists do a good job of cleaning the floors between services and keeping the space neat and tidy without taking away from the client experience. The lighting and colors (furniture, wall paint, etc...) is esthetically pleasing and comfortable to be around. Im shocked at how it never feels loud or busy even when multiple stylists are running blow dryers all at the same time and having conversations with clients.

1 /5 M D: Not once but twice did we have a bad experience at this salon. I debated a bit about posting a review but my daughter’s hair was ruined and I want to prevent this from happening to anyone else. The stylist got offended when I asked that my daughter’s front money piece be fixed. He argued that it was “a beautiful color”. That was not what my initial complaint was. Her money piece were two 1/4 inch uneven strands. There is no manager to speak with bc they are their own managers. When the “front manager” (who is just the scheduler) finally stepped in to help diffuse the situation, he refused to fix it. He must’ve deep down known how bad the overall job was bc he quickly said we can have it for free. At the time I was so confused bc all I asked was for the money piece to be fixed and before you know it he’s saying he doesn’t feel comfortable to fix it (?) I was dumbfounded. The lady basically asked us to leave even though we were g even causing a scene. Just simply asking for a job to be made right. I’ve never been to a salon where they can’t fix a dye job right then and there. They made me feel so low for asking and we were looked at like we were the problem. We quickly went to another salon to see if they could help validate and I promise we had no clue what this job looked like until a true salon color specialist showed us. I understand we got it for free but It seriously looks like my daughter tried attempting to do her own hair. These pictures are 4 hours after the dye job.

5 /5 Ashley O: Kellie Cation is an incredibly skilled professional. I didnt know how to manage my fine hair and after meeting Kellie, I have never had someone teach me more about my own hair and how to best design and style it. She listens attentively and is very generous with her time. She explained to me the best products, the physics behind the volume (or lack thereof), and how my specific type of hair grows and reacts to techniques (curling, straightening, etc). Her help has encouraged me to wear my hair as the accessory it is! The more I have gotten to know her, the more I admire the extensive experience she has had in the modeling and photography industry styling hair for other professionals! She is kind and caring and exceptional at what she does. I have told all my friends about her and I believe you will find her services as special as I do.

5 /5 Christina Espinoza: Vicky is an incredible specialist! I followed her from her previous salon to her new location because her work is always top-notch. The first time, she gave me gorgeous partial highlights. The second time, she did a fantastic haircut, and today, she outdid herself with an all-over color and added layers. I’m absolutely in love with the results!

5 /5 Erica Mendez: Amanda has to be the BEST with coloring red hair! I have had so many issues finding someone to color my natural red hair but Amanda was able to do exactly what I wanted and did not disappoint. She also has cut and styled my hair just as requested. Amanda not only can provide great customer service but is so easy to communicate with, such a sweet, professional person who listened to all my concerns and questions. She may be new to DFW, but she knows how her way around a head of hair!
