5 /5 Katy Maass: Finally decided to get my hair dyed professionally. Was nervous because I was scared about someone messing up my hair. I was referred to cinnamon and not only did she come in on a day the shop was closed, she rocked my hair. Im in love with my hair.

5 /5 Jennifer Durbin: We did business together as I am a local sign company. She ordered some flags from me. And they turned out amazing by the way. But their salon is absolutely adorable and very much the rustic country style that I love. I bought a very cute steering wheel cover to match my Jeep and also a new sling purse. We did discuss her doing some new color in my hair as it is barely coming back from my chemotherapy treatments from my breast cancer I almost died from at age 37. So being that I am still young and want to stay in with the current style, I definitely trust them to do my color and style very soon.... I hope this new business survives the first few years that are the hardest and after that is just celebration of every year anniversary there following. Congrats Katie! Love your salon!

1 /5 Cassandra V: I experienced a very disappointing first visit to Downtown Roots. Unfortunately I was given an Inexperienced stylist for my haircut. My hair was not cut straight, clearly the stylist was not ready. I felt this salon was overpriced for what mess was left of my hair. The owner said she will not refund or even partial refund what I paid. I was offered a free haircut with the purchase of a color if I go back. This salon will not receive any further business from myself and I will share my story with others. The salon only seems to conduct business via text message as well. If you decide to make an appointment here, I’d be sure to ask for someone with experience.

5 /5 SD Williams: Followed Amanda Starr (previously @ Salon Kendall) to this new location and boy is it a breath of fresh air! So much more comfortable and clean! Friendly without the snob factor. Full salon services & a boutique, plus the best stylist in Montgomery County! Congrats on your move!
