Stuart Garrett: Non-demoninational congregation with two elders. Observes the Lords Supper every Sunday. Acapella singing. Members very warm and friendly. There are larger congregations in Denton but none are more scriptually sound for believers of this faith.
Michael McCorkle: Uplifting, sincere, family integrated worship. Wonderful group of God loving Christians who seek to honor Christ as they emulate Him in their lives. You will enjoy worshipping here.
David Cox: My wife and moved from SoCal to be near our oldest daughters wonderful family as we are getting up in years. Southmont has been a good place for us to find a church home. The lead pastor is both an excellent bible teacher but also a caring pastor. That seems to be a rare find. We have also connected with an Adult Fellowhip group and want to see how God wants us to serve. Check out Southmont!
Andrea Pyle: We went here up until we moved to Oklahoma. Great church. Very family friendly. It’s rare that a church allows babies and kids to be in the service. If a baby cries or is noisy, you can take them out to the foyer until they quiet down and still be part of the service. They are very friendly and welcoming.
