1 /5 Britany Robles: I recently visited this nail salon and had a frustrating experience. The initial total for two regular pedicures and a pedicure for my 5-year-old was $125, which I paid. Later, the front desk approached me asking for an additional $51 for my teen’s pedicure, even though my teen and I received the exact same service, down to the color.
This didn’t add up—if my toddler’s pedicure was included in the $125, it would mean hers was somehow the most expensive. When I questioned the charges, the front desk voided the $125 and re-ran it as $74 without an apology or explanation. After reviewing the receipts, I realized that $74 and $51 still added up to the original $125, confirming they tried to overcharge me by $51.
This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.
