5 /5 Vance Dever: Awesome service and very knowledgeable. But the best part is these guys are honest, they dont try to jack you over on labor. My trucks are my business and i cant afford to waste time with people who just keep replacing parts until they get lucky and it is fixed. These guys know how to diagnose wich saves me a ton of money, real mechanics are few and far between these days.

5 /5 Connie Thompson: Really great mechanic! Fixed an issue that my former mechanic actually caused after doing a major repair and could not fix which left me with a severe ticking noise. After going to the dealership to diagnose the issue, who also failed me, and after talking to many friends, a co-worker recommended Dales. They communicated with me while my truck was there and discussed openly what they felt was the issue after reviewing the history and checking the engine and what it would cost to basically do a repeat repair that my "former" mechanic supposedly did. It was a success and I am thrilled. Their pricing was very fair and they did a wonderful job. And they shared with me the details when I picked up my truck so I can go back to the other place and see if I can get some $$ back for the mess up. I know this is long, but in summary, I will never go anywhere else. They are 1.5 hours from me and it is worth the drive to have a mechanic you can trust!

1 /5 Tony Abbas: The tow truck driver recommended the place. It was dropped off five days ago and has yet to receive updates. I finally called on the fifth day, and Dale said they were too busy to take the vehicle elsewhere. Need lessons in customer service.
