D Hair & Nail - Rosenberg (TX)

1 /5 Ilse Tirado: This place was horrible. First of all, I made an appointment for 12:10. The lady told me to get there 10 minutes early which I did. I didn’t get my nails done until 1:05! I was already upset because if I would’ve known I would’ve never made an appointment and just walked in. Also, the lady kept trying to make me do the nails she wanted to do on me, she didn’t want to do the ones that I wanted. She kept insisting and I said no, I wanted the full set that I chose. After she was done with my nails I was extremely upset. She left them uneven, did bad filing, and she also left acrylic residue behind my nails. It was horrible and I paid 50 DOLLARS just to have such a bad job done on my fingers. I’m never going there again.

3 /5 soroya ruth: Yesterday was my first visit. I enjoyed the quite. I was the only customer which made me a little suspicious. Lol. I needed eyelash extensions done. I was a little set back because I wasnt asked which length or style of lashes I wanted, she was just preparing to begin her process until I asked her "what kind of lashes do you have?". She looked surprised. Anyway she begin to explain that she needs to order more. She only had 2 kind. One was horribly plastic looking. So I chose the other of course . Anyway, she took her time and I felt comfortable during the process. Even though it was done sitting in a chair. Ive always been asked to lay down everywhere else . Well to get to the point, I woke up with one last off and the other barely on. I paid 18$ for nothing. Not even 24 hours and they need to be done again today. #thumbsdown
