4 /5 Sara Phillips: My pedicure was incredible! Justina was very detail-oriented and took care to make sure each toe was polished perfectly. Ill definitely be back to see her! My dip was okay. The guy was very cheerful and happy but the dip service left me flat. I left with residue all over my hands - even after scrubbing them myself - and my thumb isnt smooth. He didnt touch my cuticles. And it seemed like he had somewhere else to be - rushing through the process.

1 /5 Jacqueline Gutierrez: The first photo is the pic I showed the nail technician as thats exactly how I wanted my nails. The last pic is the final outcome which looks like I could have just purchased stick on nails from the drug store and saved $100 . The pic in the middle is the way the nail technician had my nails and when I mentioned that it doesnt look like the pic they added shellac nail polish that came off the same day when I took a hot shower. The nail technician doesnt understand what the customer wants. I also told them I wanted dip nail polish to avoid the UV light with gel and they still used the UV light on me and on my mom who got dip nail polish. This place is a huge disappointment and a waste of money. The manager was accommodating but I would not recommend going back to this place.

VL WP: Tina did a great job, even though she was nervous since she had never done multiple colors before. She was reasonably priced. I looked at the reviews first and was leery, but Im glad I went! Its a small operation, so they dont take credit or debit cards which can be very costly for such a small operation.

Kayli Broussard: I usually am not one to leave reviews especially because I know the impact it can have. I see all of these 5 star reviews and I see it is busy when I go so I know people enjoy their service, I unfortunately have not. I have tried this place twice and both times I have left feeling quite unhappy. The first time was really my fault because I did not speak up for myself but this time I did and what I wanted was still not done. During my appointment I showed short round nails as my inspiration, I ended up with almond. It would not have bothered me had my nails been the same shape but some are almond shape, some are points, and some are just rounded at the top. My nail tech took a call during my service which was fine but she walked around handing the phone around and forgot where she left off so she double dipped 2 nails and they were clearly thicker. I asked her if she could dip the other 3 another time because they were see through and she told me “later”. She then proceeded to leave me at the chair to go tend to another client and then I got to actually see my nails and the same and size. Unfortunately it was my real nails so there wasn’t much that could be fixed but the sides were uneven, there was no checking to make sure they were the same size and there was no holding my nails up asking if I liked them. After she got done with the other client she came back to shave down the top layer of my nail and she nicked me hard enough 3 times that I was bleeding. The first time was a good nick but then she kept going. Maybe it’s just me but I feel like because I’m not a regular or because I don’t talk during the appointment that they try to get me in and out as fast as possible which is unfortunate because everyone seems so nice in there. I would say to try this place out for yourself. The people there seem to love it and it is a great environment, I just unfortunately have not had a good experience. I have attached my inspiration and what I got.

JELLYYY BELLYYY: Super cheap and was understanding when I changed my mind after I didnt like the first color. I ended up deciding on ombre glitter blue on 6 nails, blue on 2 and lilac on 2. I picked out 2 charms as well and the total was still under $60 (normally they charge $65 which is still a steal, but they are doing 10% off so it came out to $58.50 if you dont include a tip). You can also bring your own charms and they will add it for you!

Mark Mcc: Kathy is the best I’ve seen doing pedi and mani in Bastrop, Texas. Had an ingrown toe nail and without question she took care of the issue. Explain how it happened and how to prevent it from happening again. The over all service was excellent.
