5 /5 Heather Byington: Ali is a wonderful person & highly skilled & talented hairstylist. I could not be happier w/the freedom to ask questions and communicate ideas back & forth to find my best style. The other hairstylist are super sweet and always helpful. The pricing is versatile and very fair. Normally I resist 5 ⭐️ ratings but this salon absolutely deserves it.

1 /5 Casey: I am literally so disappointed with this salon. I was recommended this place by a friend and put my trust in them to do my hair. My natural hair is already a level 7/8 dirty blonde and lifts white/ to a level 10. This salon did not leave the bleach on long enough in some areas AND toned me DOWN to attempt to HIDE the bleach bleeding in my hair. In the last picture, that is what I walked out with and PAID $285 for. I turned around and asked for it to be fixed the same day. Instead of detoxing the original toner out, they BLEACHED my hair over the toner from 30 minutes ago and proceeded to tone with the same 9N that created this brassy color. They are now REFUSING to give me a refund. If you are a blonde, DO NOT go here.

5 /5 Kendall Messer: Honestly, this was one of the best, if not the best, hair salon experiences Ive ever had. In the past, every salon Ive gone to styles my hair after the cut, but they dont explain how they did it so i can style it on the daily. Ali and her assistant did just that. Plus, they talked through every step with me and checked in with me the entire time. It was so refreshing and relaxing in a situation that i normally have a lot of anxiety about. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this salon to others

1 /5 Hannah Reynolds: I am going to give one star because the stylist lacked price transparency when she added “more services” because she lacked to inform me she wouldn’t be able to cut my hair with what I booked. My hair didn’t go past my breast bone, and she only cut two inches off. However, she charged me an extra $20 & made a 20 minute appointment over an hour. I have anxiety issues, so speaking up in super uncomfortable situations is horrible for me. And she made that appointment super uncomfortable with the price of $88. For a haircut. She made me get a hair wash (I wasn’t sure if y’all are allowed to just cut hair as it comes in?) I didn’t want a style and I told her that, but she did it anyways. I know the economy is bad, but $88 for a haircut IS INSANE. I’ve been coming here for a few years now & I have never experienced this before. The most I’ve ever paid is $70 with tip bc a different stylist was so nice. Be careful who you book with. AND HAVE YOUR STYLISTS DISCUSS PRICE POINTS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE APPOINTMENT!!!! UPDATE: I called about having the haircut the owner supposedly offered. Emilia answered. I said I’m calling about the offer Ali posted on my review! I have my engagement session & I would love to take her up on it. (And yes, I would’ve offered a tip in the form of however much the haircut would’ve been). Emilia asked what am I talking about. I told her I left the review above after my first bad experience at this place, and that I’ve been coming here since they opened. She said did you call us before posting the review? LIKE NO? Yall are confrontational it seems. So she took my number down. Ali called & left a voice mail. I called back literally 5 minutes later, no answer. And no call back. So yeah, done with this place. Shame because I really did like the mission, and have been coming since they originally opened. Be careful if you EVERRR have a bad experience here.
