1 /5 Waverly Nicole: I’m from out of town. I had a 12:30 appointment for a gel-x fill. I arrived at 12:20 and waited until 1:00 to finally be serviced. 2 people that arrived after me were serviced before me. The man that took off my builder gel complained the entire time. Then when I asked for my nails to be shorter he shook his head and began to grumble. My nails do not look professionally done. In situations like these I just pay ($45) and never return.

Ashlyn Stevens: I called beforehand to see how much a pedicure was and if it included callous removal. I was told $35, and yes, it did include callous removal. The pedicure ended up being $45 (which was fine, because they had to drill off my gel top coat, and because I got French tips, $5 extra for each). My issue is: This pedicure did not include callous removal. No foot file was used whatsoever. Only a pumice stone. My technician did a great paint job on my toes, however. I’m just pretty bummed that I called beforehand to make sure the pedicure included callous removal, and spent $55 after tip, to not receive what I had expected. Very nice and clean salon and staff though. I think for $55 total, a foot file can be used, or a more vigorous pumice stoning on the foot. The bottoms of my feet absolutely do not look like I got a pedicure. The paint is beautiful though.

mo25c: I went shop to shop when I first moved here until I found Amazing Nails. Ive been going there for several months now and they are always polite and very skilled. They dont file down your nails until you can feel the heat, and trim your cuticles. Taking the time to care about what they are doing lets me know I can trust them. Jennifer actually hand draws beautiful designs on your nails instead of stickers. It is also nice to not have a language barrier. If there is something you dont like, you can tell them and they will fix it, no attitude or sloppy work. They make sure youre happy with what you paid for. The place is clean and they have a large selection of colors and options for your nails. Im done shop hopping ❤️ So happy I found you guys! See you again soon.

Jenni Temple: The lady that did my nails did a horrible job! I didn’t have time to have them fixed. I had to be at work. I went back two days later and she was extremely rude. When I asked if someone could fix them for me because they looked horrible, she ignored me! Another person told me I would have to come back later. Everyone in this place is so very rude!

NORMA WYATT: One of the women was quite rude to me. Told me she would help me in 5 minutes. I was waiting 20 and then I went to the register and told then I had other places to go. They urged me to wait. I requested regular polish...not gel. I picked out a color but told them I didnt want get twice. First lady rudely yelled at me saying the box had both kinds of polish in it although the box clearly stated it was gel polish. Not sure what I really got. Paid only $5 less than my usual dipping powder cost. I wont return
