Sami Lopez: Honestly Im pretty okay with mistakes, hair grows back, but this was completely heartbreaking. I asked for a French pixie cut which isnt anything new or risky. And they left my hair completely choppy they insisted that is was because of my hairs texture and color. There were no apologies or warnings prior hair cut. Im completely heartbroken.
