5 /5 Whitaker Steven (MacGyver): After four attempts to have my dome light repaired at the local Conroe Jeep dealership where they performed repairs that I didn’t request I call Christopher Auto Repair and left the Jeep while went out of town on business. They call me to tell me they found the short in the light and fix it at what I call a very reasonable cost.

1 /5 Colby Hutchinson: Prior to my last interaction with this repair shop, I thought I had finally found a good mechanic with this shop. Boy, was I wrong. I brought my truck in recently with a very specific vibration issue to which they told me was a worn-out driveshaft. I picked it up after the new part was installed and still had the same vibration I brought it in for. Today, the owner drove it with me and he immediately said its a transmission issue. After back and forth discussion with the owner, it became known that they didnt test drive it before or after to make sure the vibration was addressed. They just started replacing parts. According to Mr Christopher, "they arent magicians and replace parts all the time that may not fix the issue." I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere before bringing your vehicle here.
