1 /5 Brittany Garcia: Honestly I LOVED this place. Ive gone multiple times over the last 4 years and always enjoyed my time here and the work they put in. I noticed the quality of work has gone down some. Nails different shapes and thickness and also lots of crooked nails. Sometimes the work would be rushed sometimes it wasnt but I kept coming back because they were affordable and always very nice. My last visit though was the last straw. Everything went off without a hitch until it came time to pay. My usual 55 dollar new set had now gone up to $65 with no warning. I was a little annoyed but no biggie. I hand over my card and it keeps declining (I only put the amount on my card for the item Im paying for the rest of my money stays locked). Anyways, I check my phone and I see Im being charged an extra 10 dollars when I ask him about it he basically says no your phones wrong. We keep trying to charge it but it keeps declining, I show him again that hes over charging me. So he adjusts the price to $55 and says I owe him 10 dollars next time I come back. I pay and I leave. When I checked my phone he still snuck in an extra charge of 8 dollars because it rang up as 63 dollars and change on my end. If he was trying to get a tip I dont know why he felt the need to sneak one because I ALWAYS tip when I go in. Unfortunately I wont be returning.
