1 /5 Theres Copley: I did research and was looking forward to getting my haircut. I booked my appointment well in advance. It was confirmed through the Square Up app. I confirmed. She confirmed. Everything was good, so I thought. The morning of my appointment, she cancelled due to the appointment being the wrong time. Thats fine, I rescheduled. Appointment was confirmed again by her. Next thing I know, I cant see anything on the app regarding my appointment. Cant even find the salon in a search. So confused. This was to be my first appointment here at the salon. I will most certainly not go here. Highly disappointed.
