Nolan River Road Baptist Church - Cleburne

Anna Holyfield: This church decided to participate in the Angel Tree program for children of incarcerated people. 3 days ago my grand sons mother called me to tell me they had a present for him from his dad. Normally I would have received a call from the church in October. I didnt. His mother really isnt in his life on a regular basis so why she would be telling me this is a puzzle. I go to pick up the present and was told they had already given it to someone else. I should go get it from them. I have no idea who they gave it to. The description matches no one we know. The lady in the office just kept giggling and shrugging her shoulders. No resolution offered except we should get it from whoevers they gave it to. This is not funny. My grandsons father expected a gift from him to be given to him. My autistic grandson expected a gift from his father. If you cannot run this program correctly just stop. How cruel of you.

Susan Arnold: Been going for a while now, and absolutely love it here. The people here are not just "people at Church" They are Family ❤️ We have a nursery. Sunday school classes for all ages. Childrens Church during service, after worship, so parents can focus better on the word. A Great pastor, I love how he explains everything, and gives good definition so we can have a better understanding of the word. And he doesnt speak in tongue, or scream at you during service. Our music is mostly old school hymnal, with occasional new music now, and then. We have game night/ pot luck once a month, the pictures I posted was from our recent event for fall festival. We also have Wednesday night classes as well. If you are looking for a new Church to try out we would love to have you come and visit us. Who knows, maybe my home Church, could be your home Church ❤️
