Lance B: Bottom Line Up Front: Clean building, uplifting services, friendly members, and great fellowship. I have attended several of the meetings here and even when I was a newcomer, people went out of their way to introduce themselves and make me feel welcome. I have come here with friends and they were received in a similar manner. The Bishop has a warm, outgoing and inviting personality and will take time out of his agenda to talk to you if you need to talk. Visiting and listening to the spirit makes my week run smoother.

Shawn Iram: This is an amazingly friendly and welcoming church. A lot of churches say, "once you visit, your family", but this church really means it. My first visit was in late 2021, and my second visit was six months later in 2022, and on that second visit I had several people welcome be back because they remembered me. This church has multiple kids programs to cover different age groups from birth to high schoolers, an extremely active college group, and a mens group (that meets for fellowship and breakfast tacos once a month). Try to get there early. Sabbath School starts at 10 AM on Saturday, and in my opinion thats the best part because it gives you an opportunity to really dive into the Bible and study with people who many have a different perspective and insights. Potluck lunch is twice a month, 1st and 3rd Saturday, and worth sticking around for after the service. Its a great opportunity to make new friends while enjoying some amazing food.
Texas Avenue Baptist Church - College Station
Lisbeth Γ–ztΓΌrk: Here you will find a fellowship of believers whose love for one another and for the Lord is unmatched anywhere else in the Brazos Valley. I lived in College Station as a student at A&M for 5 years and I visited MANY churches before I found TABC. It was here that God got my ahold of my heart with solid doctrinal preaching and a womens group that taught me how to be a godly woman, wife, and mother. I am forever thankful for this congregation and their hearts for the Lord, the lost, and fulfilling the Great Commission.
