1 /5 Derron Wright: Very disappointed when I looked at my hair! theres no point in staying and arguing once the work was already done. Very uneven, all over the place, not very neat. Now im going to have to cut my hair tomorrow!
Sigh... where do I start. From the moment I walked in I kinda since attitude. I was hoping that she would start over on my dreads but when I asked her about it she aggressively shook her head no. I started to leave right then and there but instead I kept telling myself to give her a chance. My dreds was already messed up from the previous beautician so I was hoping that she would save them but in stead it was even worse.
When it was my time for service, I walked up and was trying to explain to her about my situation hoping that she would understand but she was not listening to me. She aggressively said, "have a seat." I felt very rushed like she was ready to get out of there. My anxiety was kicking in but I didnt show it.
It was a very uncomfortable unprofessional situation for me. During the time she was doing my hair her child ran into me twice with his basket toy. I dont blame the child I blame the supervision. It seems like to me she just wanted to make a quick buck before they closed for the day. I will not be returning at all.
I usually dont leave reviews but I feel I need to let my horrible experience be known. This is my honest review.
Update:
I’m very glad I’m not the only one who’s sees through this lady’s BS! Seems like others have gone through similar situations with just like me! Eventually she’s gonna run up on the wrong person one day and seriously regret it! She has a very bad attitude and likes to manipulate.
