1 /5 Blanca P: Don’t be fooled by the 4.7 rating like I was. The gel started peeling not even 8 hours after leaving the salon. Not to mention i complained about the pointer finger and went right back in, asked someone new to fix my finger because the initial woman who did the manicure cut my skin twice (you can see on my middle finger) and the guy who “fixed” it rushed it and now it is completely peeling off. The pedicure was nice.

1 /5 karina gloria: Terrible place. The woman who did my nails was busy with more people at the same time, worried about not losing clients than doing her job well. My nails are small and she didnt even give me the shape I asked for, leaving me with lumps and thicknesses really NOT worth it. Admit your mistakes and stop stealing. Thats why photos say a lot, dont you want to see them?

Christine Richey: I had my nails done yesterday at Lux. I asked for acrylics with tips and gel. I requested a long , thin square oval shape with a pink buff polish, #1213. I dont know the name of the girl who did my nails. But this is NOT what I requested. My nails look like thick duckbill that are readying to lift off my finger. There is nothing good to say about them. As the tech started to apply #1213, it was apparent that colour was beige and not pink, as it appeared on the sample card. When I questioned it , no-one could answer me, just stared. Finally my tech went and grabbed a pink color from her coworker. I am so disappointed in my nails. Ive been for pedicures before and they were great. This young tech i was sat with appears to maybe be an apprentice? Regardless, she shouldnt be doing acrylics.

Madison Ashcraft: This was my first time ever getting my nails done. The ladies seemed very nice, but the customer service was not very good. While my nails were getting done, I had asked the lady (who I will not name) to fix a few things. She proceeded to ignore me, and upon my last request, she made me go ahead and pay before she was done. I wasn’t sure if this was common or not, but I went ahead and did it. Ultimately, the nails ended up looking terrible, and four of my fingers were bleeding because she had cut my skin multiple times. Some of the nails were sticking upward, others were misshapen, the edges were chipping, and the sides of my natural nail were completely uncovered on some fingers. The polish was left on my fingers, as well as a good amount of glue, and the shaping was terribly done. I showed some friends what happened and they strongly advised me to go back and ask for a refund. Needless to say that when i went back, they refused a refund and barely listened to me because they were too busy talking amongst themselves in front of me. They said they would call me back later when the manager was there, and only offered to redo them or give me a gift card. I never returned to get the gift card because I don’t plan on ever going back. I had them redone somewhere else, and the new nails turned out beautifully. The cost to get the nails removed and redone, was equivalent to the poor service I received at nails USA. When I walked into the other salon to get my nails fixed, multiple customers there commented on how terrible my nails looked (which was extremely embarrassing(, and the salon specialists agrees that it was very badly done. I will not be going back, and I strongly recommend that y’all read reviews before you attend a nail salon. Yes the ladies here seem kind, but you won’t get your money back whatsoever. Something to keep in mind.
