These are my real nails after years with dip on top! I might also be slightly addicted to the chrome finish on my toes. Love it!

1 /5 Shelby Robb: I will never go back to this nail salon. This is 5 days after I got my nails done and the top coat is peeling off. Not to mention they are out of their minds on price. My daughter whose is 7 got her nails painted with gel polish and they charged me $40 damn near what I paid for my dip nails and to add to that I asked for a maroon chrome and ending up with a black chrome. DO NOT GO HERE

5 /5 Jess Ermer: This nail salon has been my favorite for years. They can always fit me in, even short notice. The staff is super nice and can do pretty much anything you ask. I’ve been getting Gel X for a while and it lasts a month or even longer. Highly recommend!!

5 /5 Tiffany Mason: Tracy gives the BEST pedicures! I’m in my 40’s and have been getting pedicures since I was a teenager. I’ve been coming here for years and have never found another gem like her! The woman I work with was kind of really rude and snarky towards me and the design of the nail really much my inspo photo and I asked for a Cateye and it really did not succeed my expectations, especially with a harsh line which I did not ask, for. I also asked for dipping powder and she decided to do gel, even though I specifically asked for it.

Jeannie Barnes: Horrible experience! I had my nails done and week later they lifted and one completely came off. I glued it back on because I had graduation events to attend and didn’t have time to go back. When I went back I told the nail tech that my nails had lifted and come off a week after. To my surprise she told me that they would do my nails for free and called the owner over. (Note: I was not asking or expecting to get free nails or be compensated just wanted to make them aware) The owner looked up my transaction and returned and rudely shouted at me that it has been two weeks. I attempted to explain that it had been two weeks since I had been in but that it had been a week when my nails began to lift. He kept yelling and interrupting and would not listen. I eventually had to say that I did want ti speak to him or him speak to me. He kept standing there yelling and I asked the tech to ask him to leave. Eventually he waked away. The nail tech was very kind and said she understood what I was saying and that other customers had complained about his behavior as well. I had her finish removing my nails and I left.

This place also offers head spa relaxation great for a girls spa day and groups up to 8! I highly recommend this place as they rebranded completely from the previous management that was at this location. Very clean environment and they take their time on their work. TJ the owner and his team are very nice and u can tell they care about their clients. Probably one of the better Frisco salons in the area that i’ve been to. Give them a try you won’t regret it.

Sophia did an amazing job on the manicure. I enjoyed the pedicure by Long. They asked questions to determine my needs & also offered me a beverage. I was also given a warm neck pillow which comforted me. Long was attentive to the areas I asked him to be. This is my absolute FAVORITE nail salon!

I was very adamant when I walked in the door and I said to the gentleman if you don’t know how to work with long nails Let me know I don’t wanna waste your time or my time. To make a long story short Tom not only was actually rude ignorant because I asked him. Do you know how to work with long nails and he snapped at me I guess I should’ve walked out at that point. But I’m always the person that gives the benefit of the doubt after almost an hour and a half not only do my nails look hideous the French. Looks like my grandson I shouldn’t even had to pay to be very honest because well, you’ll see by the pictures! Please do not utilize this nail salon. You’re wasting your money. I was even very kind to this man explaining that I’ve just had some bad experiences at nail salons, and I was just trying to safeguard myself. The worst part is, I couldn’t even fight it with my bank. Supposedly their credit card machines were down so you had to Zelle. Yes I should’ve walked out, but I’m not that type of person because the work I mean, I’m literally gonna have to go get a fill and it’s only been two days.

Laraib: I just moved to the area, and I had a wedding to attend. So as a last minute resort, I picked this place, since it seemed reasonable and professional. I paid $60 dollars for these. I also got a pedicure done for $30. When I had shown up to the wedding, everyone in my family had told me I was ripped off for this terrible job. I did indeed have the worst set of nails at the entire wedding, and all my female family had gotten their nails done for cheaper. They had paid around $45-$50 for their nails at different salons and got such professional and clean cut nails. My nails were so wobbly looking and gave rookie work vibes. My pedicure was not that good either. My entire session, I was quiet and observant, picking up on a lot of things I noticed were sketchy. The guy who did my nails did keep messing up, he had to redo the nails around 4 times because he messed up the white lines. At one point, he didn’t try to correct it until I pointed it out. I was patient with him, and I paid full price since he did try to correct his mistakes. He was also nice, service wasn’t bad. I just do think they need better practiced staff. I also did notice that they were bad mouthing a customer with another customer, because she had come in and complained about her poorly executed pedicure. They called her cheap behind her back while laughing with the other customer because she didn’t want to pay for a re-service of her already badly done job. I noticed they have some loyal customer base that they give the best treatment too, but it isn’t okay to rude mouth other new clientele. Overall I give this place a 1/10 for price and quality of service. I want to request a refund but I doubt they would do it without being difficult like they were to the other customers. I also attached a picture of reference that I showed them and their poorly executed result. It is a very basic design that could have at least been a clean job, it didn’t have to look exactly like the picture for me. If you really want better service as a new customer, I would suggest skipping this place and finding another option.
